I have completely changed my opinion of this company after speaking directly with the owner. While my original experience was disappointing due to my appointment being canceled the day before my scheduled carpet cleaning, the owner personally reached out to me to apologize. He was genuinely concerned about what had happened and took full responsibility for the situation. What impressed me most was that he didn't just apologize—he took immediate action to make things right. He reimbursed me for the carpet cleaning I had to arrange with another company and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. That level of accountability and customer service speaks volumes about the integrity of the business. Every company can experience an occasional mistake. What truly matters is how they respond when something goes wrong. In this case, the owner handled the situation professionally, respectfully, and with genuine care for his customer. Because of the way he resolved the issue, I would not hesitate to recommend Volusia Quick Dry. Originally had an issue with this service(read below). The owner of the company called me and apologized. He wanted me to give his company another chance, as he was very unsatisfied with the way the situation was handled. We rescheduled the service for today 7/14/26. The Tech showed up on time, was prifesional and friendly. The service was performed efficiently and my carpets look fantastic. I will be using this service in the future as they really turned the bad experience into a good one!!! Full experience below. I had an appointment for 7/7/26 with a time window of 2-3 pm arrival time. Tech never showed up. I verified I did not receive or miss any calls text or emails from the company or tech. Called the company about 15 mins after 3. Dispatcher said "oh ya" our van broke down in the road thats why he isnt there. Let me call the owner and Ill give you a call back. Waited 40 mins no call, called back and I had to remind the lady why I called back then she said well we cant do it today unless the van starts working or gets fixed. We can do it tomorrow same time. Unfortunately im unable to get the service done tomorrow. Company did not seem to care that they missed the appointment today or even try to make up for the fact that they did not communicate that they wouldnt be able to make it. I had to take the day off work to get this service done as I currently live 50 min from the property. Things happen and and its unfortunate that their service van broke down but you have to communicate with your customers and try to offer an something in return for the inconvenience.
